We have ONE body and we need to be realistic about how we care for it! Yes, we need to nourish ourselves with healthy foods, hydration, exercise, and rest, but we AREN’T all alike! We have different metabolisms, different bone structures, different abilities, different likes and dislikes, different attitudes and all of those things need to be accounted for when planning how best to meet our individual needs successfully.
